Foot pain
Foot discomfort is common in most of us and can be because of a number of disorders which vary from acute injuries to chronic conditions. Since we really need to move about on the foot any soreness within the feet can impact the quality of our life and possibly affect lots of routines. Foot pain is more common the over 60's and in more active individuals but they can be a problem at all ages from a new child just beginning to walk to an older person with a disability. Among the more frequent causes of foot pain is a discomfort within the heel bone called plantar fasciitis that is an inflammatory reaction of a robust ligament which supports the mid-foot (arch) of the feet. This could be pretty debilitating when you first stand up from rest, particularly very first thing in the morning.
